The DeLand Black History Month Banner Program honors the lives, leadership, and lasting contributions of local Black community members, past and present. Through public art and storytelling, we celebrate those who have shaped our city's civic, cultural, and social fabric, inspire future generations, and foster year-round recognition, pride, and unity across DeLand.
